Paolo Nicolai premiato dalla FIVB come "Best Offensive Player 2014"

L’atleta azzurro, dopo il titolo di miglior giocatore conquistato nel 2012, si aggiudica per la stagione 2014 quello di miglior giocatore di attacco. Phil Dalhausser si porta a casa 4 premi individuali.

Nei giorni scorsi a Losanna sono stati assegnati i premi individuali per la stagione 2014. A fare incetta di premi è stato l’americano Phil Dalhausser, votato da giocatori, allenatori ed addetti ai lavori come “Most Outstanding”, “Best Blocker”, “Best Setter”e “Best Server”. Per l’Italia è arrivato il premio di “Best Offensive Player“, assegnato dalla giuria a Paolo Nicolai. Il talento azzurro già nel 2012 si era aggiudicato il premio di miglior giocatore (nel 2011 in campo femminile fu Marta Menegatti ad aggiudicarsi il premio). L’unico altro italiano presente nell’albo d’oro delle premiazioni individuali è Matteo Varnier, che nel 2005, assieme all’americano Jake Gibb, si aggiudicò il titolo di “Top Rookie“.
